The Historical Society believes that sharing the story of our history and culture is the most important part of our mission. We want everyone to feel welcome to come to our programs and learn about their City’s history and people. Because the membership fees charged by many groups discourage some people from doing so, we take a different approach.

Instead of having paid memberships, we depend on donations from people who decide to help support the expense of providing the programs, publications and activities that we provide through their donations. Because we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit, all donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
Our donation supporter’s site automatically sends a receipt for each donation. Donations can be made as a one-time donation, as a recurring donation, or as separate small donations throughout the year. There are several options available for payment.
